Welcome to our Website

Sailing is a recreational and competitive sport that can be enjoyed for a lifetime! The Lake Mead Junior Sailing Academy is a new addition to the sailing community in Southern Nevada that will introduce the joy of sailing to a whole new generation in a safe and fun learning environment.

Children of Southern Nevada and Northwestern Arizona will have the opportunity to learn to sail under the close supervision of instructors certified by US Sailing, the national governing body for the sport of sailing. Our curriculum is designed to teach the fundamentals of sailing to beginners and improve the skills of experienced sailors. On the last day of each course, Lake Mead Sailing Academy will host a Youth Regatta Day filled with fun and competitive racing for the students.
